Flatten it, Flavor it, Roast it!
Olivia Manley is teaching us all the tips and tricks on how to spatchcock a whole chicken like a pro (like herself)!
We'll cover how to remove the backbone, season it for maximum flavor and cook a perfectly juicy chicken with crispy skin -- in less time than a traditional roast. This class is perfect for home cooks wanting to level up there dinner game this summer!
Each participant will leave with their chicken READY TO THROW IN THE OVEN TO ROAST FOR DINNER!
Cost to participate is $20. We will provide you with disposable aprons, latex gloves, ziploc bags, foil, paper towels and a disposable roasting pan.
**Participants will need to supply their own thawed, whole chicken, a boning knife, good kitchen shears and a cutting board.
